Veteran’s Affairs Gold Card patients are bulk billed.

 

All pensioners, Veterans’ Affairs White Card holders and children under 13 are bulk billed when booked into an appointment time dedicated to bulk billing. If you meet our bulk billing criteria please ask for a bulk billable appointment. There may be a wait for one of these appointments.

A discounted rate will be charged to those above when not booked into a dedicated bulk billing time.

 

Children under 18 and low income Health Care Card holders are charged a discounted rate.

 

Patients are asked to present their Veterans Affairs’ card, Pension card or concession card to the receptionist after their consultation.

Most Allied Health appointments attract an out of pocket cost, even with a care plan referral in place. Please ask at the time of booking.

 

All patients should bring their Medicare card to every consultation, and present it to the receptionist after their appointment.

Credit Card and Eftpos facilities are available. A surcharge will apply to all card payments.

Repeat Prescriptions & Re-referrals

 

All patients must book an appointment for repeat prescriptions and re-referrals. Any scripts and referrals that are issued without an appointment is at the doctor’s discretion and will incur a fee of $20 or $30.
