New Diabetes Educator - Wendy Anthony

Vermont Medical Clinic is pleased to announce that Wendy Anthony has joined our team. Wendy is a very experienced Diabetes Educator and is seeing patients on Monday and Wednesdays.

Patients with a current Care Plan and Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) sessions allocated for the Diabetes Educator can make an appointments to see Wendy now

The fee to see our Diabetes Educator is $70.10 for a standard consultation and $80.10 for a long consultation.

Patients with a current Care Plan and EPC sessions allocated for the Diabetes Educator will need to pay the full amount and receive a rebate of the current amount which is $55.10. This will lead to a small out of pocket of $15 or $25.

Please note full pensioners, Veteran Affairs and children aged 12 and under will not have any out of pocket costs (in line with our standard billing policy).

Patients without a current Care Plan can also make an appointment to see Wendy but will not be eligible for the rebate.

If you do not have a current Care Plan and are eligible, please call the clinic to schedule one now.

Other new people at the clinic

We also welcome our new GP Fiona Chao and two GP registrars Siobhan Trivers and Peter Selwood. Peter and Siobhan will be with the clinic for the next six months. Also joining us is a new nurse, Natalie.
